Yes. Custom projects are our favorite. You can send us your own 3D file or an idea and we will help get it print-ready.

What materials can you print with?

We offer different materials depending on your project. We will recommend the best option based on look, strength, and purpose.

Do you offer post-production and finishing?

Yes. We handle sanding, smoothing, assembly, and finishing so your piece looks clean, polished, and ready to show off.

How long does production take?

Timing depends on size and complexity. Once we review your project, we will give you a clear and realistic timeline. To keep everything smooth and stress free, we suggest starting your project a couple of weeks early.

How much does a custom 3D print cost?

Prices vary per project. Share your idea or file with us and we will send you a custom quote.

Do you accept small or bulk orders?

Yes. We take single pieces and small production runs with the same level of care.

How do I start a project?

Just message us through our contact form, social media pages or email. Send your idea, references, or file and we will take it from there.

What are your payment options?

Locally, we do GCASH and bank transfer. For international, we do PayPal and wire transfer.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Oh no. That is never fun. Let us know within 48 hours and send clear photos of the print and packaging so we can help.

Will you replace damaged prints?

If the damage happened during shipping, we will work with you to make it right. Every case is handled with care.

How should I report damage?

Just message or email us with your order number and photos. We will take it from there.

Are prints checked before shipping?

Yes. Every print is inspected, packed with care, and sent off safely.

Can damage be prevented?

We pack securely, but shipping can be a little wild. If something happens, we have got you covered.

How to take care of works with ABS Plastic?

ABS is durable and impact-resistant, ideal for props and functional parts.

Clean with a soft cloth or microfiber towel
Use mild soap and water if needed
Store in a cool, dry place

Avoid:

Prolonged heat exposure (above 80°C / 176°F)
Leaving in hot cars or near open flames
Strong solvents (acetone, thinner, alcohol)
Long-term direct sunlight (may cause warping or fading)
